Events

The Society celebrates the anniversary of Shakespeare's birth around April 23rd (St George's Day) each year by hosting commemorative lectures and panel discussions jointly with the English Literary Society of Japan.
Non-members are welcome to participate in the Shakespeare Festival.

The Society hosts an annual Shakespeare Workshop to facilitate intellectual and academic exchange among young Shakespearians, postgraduate students in particular, across Japan.
The Workshop is open to all young Shakespearians and the Society welcomes and encourages participation of non-members.
